"Customer service was very good. Im happy he sent the mass message letting us know we could get the mask in a different size because now I can wear it rather than it just hang on the wall. In the larger size it fits perfectly. I will say the mask weighs too much for the string given to wear it so I’ll have to DIY it a little. Ill also probably do some more detailing but, I do really like the mask. The horns were so “pointy” they put small holes in the box but i also think thats what caused one of the horns to come off in transit, or not being fully glued. I am very satisfied starting my Oni Mask collection with this piece. Update: I changed it to 5 stars because after a whole convo bro explained a glue switch then gave me a partial refund to get the glue he suggested. All in the same day of the delivery. Got my business anytime."
