All custom wigs available for purchase are made on small (22inches), medium (23inches)or large (24inches) size wig making caps.
Customers should note that we are not responsible for any error which occur as a result of the wrong wig cap size or head circumference measurement sent by a customer.
Customers have the responsibility to provide their correct head circumference measurement.
You are required to use a measuring tape to measure your head circumference correctly.

Yes we do ,if you cannot find what your looking for in our store please do contact us and specify your order details.
We also recreate some wig styles sold by our shop for clients.
We do not accept custom orders for synthetic wigs.

Our standard lace closures are 4*4 , 5*5. Lace frontal 13*4 and 13*6

Our virgin human hair wigs are made with 100% unprocessed virgin human hair therefore can be dyed,bleached,relaxed,or permed.
We have special wigs made with authentic premium virgin raw hair sourced from Cambodia available in store.
This hair has a lot of volume and can last for more than 3years with proper care. No tangle, minimum to no shed,no frizzy ends.
We take pride in offering premium hair without the premium price.

We also have synthetic wigs available for Clients on a budget who do not require human hair wigs.We have partnered with other companies overseas to offer a special beautiful range of synthetic wigs.

a) Shampoo and condition weekly to maintain softness and manageability.Hair should not be handled rigorously and should always be shampooed in a downward motion.
b)Keep styling products at a minimum to prevent weighing down the hair.
c)Use a deep conditioning treatment to maintain the smooth and lustrous texture of the hair.
d)Treat this hair as your own hair and hair will last for years.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for shipping delays after item is shipped out,whether this delay is due to bad weather,natural disaster holiday or carrier delays.
Customers also have the responsibility to provide correct shipping address.We are unable to offer reimbursement for items, lost as a result of wrong shipping address.

Our wigs are versatile and can be worn as a sew in or can be taken off every day depending on clients requirement.

As we require full payment before commencing any custom orders,we start making your wig once payment is received.No handmade wig is the same and therefore have different time frames.We anticipate an average of 14 working days.We will of course be in touch if it would take any longer for more complicated wigs.Please note this time frame does not include shipping and delivery time.
