I'm located at the foot of the Sawtooth Mountains in Duluth, Minnesota. My folks and brothers live right across the border in Wisconsin. We're a close-knit family, working together and happily hoping to keep the family business to pass on down to the grandkids! Prism making is a favorite. We love all the techniques we've learned and are checking out new ones all the time! SO, I am the only daughter out of four, I have eight of my own kiddos and homeschool them and I've been happily married for over 18 years. I love Etsy, I think I'm starting to get addicted... and I am an artist myself, hoping to add lots of my art to this an Etsy store someday ...when the kids are grown ;) Who are we? Our little business consists of my mother and father (aka: the glass artists), my two younger brothers who clean, hang, tag, wrap and box up each individual item (aka: the “boys” even though their in their mid/late twenties), and me, the store girl! Occasionally my husband or my older brother (aka: Backup!) will join in in the art-making, when things get rough (whew!). Eventually we hope to include some more beauties in our offerings… we’re a crafty bunch.
When did we start? Well, since I was about 10 my mother was making these babies, we’d pack up the Chevette and trundle off to any and all craft/art sales so that we could to sell them. They’re awesome.
