How do I find my ring size?
For the fastest and most reliable way for sizing we suggest visiting a local jewelry store. For a DIY way to learn your ring size, depending on your preferred comfort, wrap a thread around your finger, then measure the length of the thread with a ruler. However please note that ring sizes differ only by a fraction of a millimeter and you’ll need to be very accurate with your measurement. If you are an overseas customer and know your ring size in a different unit, message us, and we'll send you a conversion table.
Standard U.S. sizes are applicable at Belaron; feel free to contact us for further information, resizing options, and accurate conversion.
Certificates and Packaging
At Belaron we use recycled gold purified in the production process that is %100 sustainable and all of materials are ethically sourced with certification. Your authentication certificate will be emailed or shipped to you with the item you purchased.
All of our pieces are packaged in our special edition Belaron boxes which are suitable both for gifting and storing.
Shipping / Does my order include tracking?
The shipment time is 2-3 business days for US and Canada orders and 3-5 business days for international orders. However, please feel free to contact us if you need overnight, personalized shipping or weekend delivery. It is available for an additional charge.
We provide you with a tracking number for all purchases where you can keep up with your shipment status. For any inconveniences, please get in touch with us, and we will help you.
Wholesale availability
Since we are a manufacturing company, our facilities are convenient for wholesales; we will carry out any volume of orders. If you are an online or offline retailer, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will discuss the details. We already have many prestigious retailers as customers with wholesale jewelry; we would be glad to see you among them too.
Do you have a storefront? / How can I contact you?
Belaron is an online-only business; currently, we don't have any dedicated storefront. Our team is available for any of your questions/requests on Etsy's chat widget or via email. Please contact us if you can't find your questions among the general questions on FAQ.
Returns Process
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. So if you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within the first 30 days after receiving it. Please contact us, and we'll send you a shipment label. The item will be inspected upon arrival to ensure that it is in its original purchase condition. All the paperwork, certification, and box should be included. Please make sure to keep the black tag intact. If the black tag is removed, the item will be considered used, and it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that each item can be exchanged one time only, and exchanged items are not eligible for return. Engraved rings will be subject to a $40 engraving removal fee.
What can I do about scratches? / Jewelry Care
All Belaron pieces are made of 100% solid gold, which is a soft metal. Hence gold jewelry is not scratch resistant. However, we use a die-striking method at our production process so that our pieces are denser and harder to scratch. They are stronger than mainstream gold cast jewelry but still be scratched based on your lifestyle. Please avoid chemicals such as perfumes, moisturizers, and bleach; take your jewelry off before active sports, and avoid situations where they can get easily scratched to prolong its shine. Also, don't forget that you can always send them to us for refinishing for additional costs or get them taken care of by your local jeweler. Please message us for further details.
Customized orders
Belaron offers a wide range of customization, don't limit yourself with what is here and contact us to make your dream jewelry come true. The basic customization we offer is 10k, 14k, and 18k gold for you to choose between. Yellow, rose, and white gold are also among your customization options. Any other metal types and materials, please message us.
You can also choose any of the designs with any gemstone, customize the size of the stones and bandwidths.
For some designs we can offer Lab Grown Diamonds too, upon request.
Do you offer engraving?
We offer free custom engraving with every purchase.
Please see the engraving image in each product about the available fonts, icons and further details.
Due to the nature of some items, engraving may not be possible but if you can contact us we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

To achieve this, we have established a policy regarding comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing refers to acquiring multiple products with the intention of keeping one and returning the others. To avoid any inconvenience, please be aware that items suspected to be part of a comparison purchase may not qualify for our standard return policy. Items purchased for comparison purposes will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
