All of the jewelry I make is custom made just for you. Just to be safe, allow 1-3 business days after purchase for your item(s) to be made and placed in the mail. When we need to order a special coin, additional time may be required (Convo seller for details). If you need a rush order, I can usually work with you.

The time it will take for your item to reach you once mailed will depend on your location and the class of shipping selected at checkout. "Delivery Dates" are only estimates.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct before completing your transaction. This will be the shipping address we use unless you direct us otherwise prior to shipping.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email from Etsy. This email notice will include a USPS tracking number and a link for you to track shipping progress with delivery conformation.

International Orders:
Tracking and delivery conformation is not always available on first class International packages. Therefore we suggest upgrading to USPS Priority Mail international or USPS Priority Mail Express International.

When you purchase coin jewelry from The Coin Shop, your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back. If you feel compelled to return an item, clear it with me first through an Etsy convo within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, be in new unused condition, packed and shipped as received. A refund will be issued upon receipt of item in the same form received minus original shipping.

Due to the handcrafted nature of this artwork, each piece may have subtle differences. I make every attempt to ensure that my online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. Because all of my jewelry is made completely from scratch, there is always some “character” to the jewelry. Because my jewelry is made by hand and not by a machine, slight imperfections may be noticed. But this is the beauty of handmade.

All photography is done by me in natural sunlight to capture the true colors and beauty as closely as possible. Closeup photographs are to show detail but may give the impression that an item or detail is larger than it actually is. Colors may vary depending on your monitor.

Allergic reactions: There is no way for us to be 100% certain how anyone will react to a certain material until they try wearing it. Nickel is the frequent cause of allergic reactions. If a person knows for certain they have a nickel sensitivity or allergy, or they find that they tend to react to any metal, then we would suggest they choose a coin made from an alternate material. Stop wearing any jewelry that causes an allergic reaction.
