5 out of 5 starsThe band looks just like the picture. My only feedback is that it would have been nice to get a tool to shorten the band. It could be included in the price. The seller did send the instructions via dropbox. However, my drop box storage is full and I am not paying for more storage. So I just went to Tik Tok and watched a tutorial. Other than that one issue, shipping was fast and communication was clear.

To be eligible, your watch band or watch must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for the cost of mailing returned items back to us. For exchanges, we'll cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item.

Simply send us a message to let us know what you'd like to exchange for.
Mail your original item back to us, and once we receive it, we'll ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
Who pays for shipping on returns and exchanges?
For returns or exchanges due to a change of size, color, or personal preference, buyers are responsible for the cost of mailing the original item back to us.
We'll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

How do I know what size watch band to order?
Every listing includes our How to Measure for the Correct Band Size guide.
To find the correct size:
• Measure the width between the two lugs where your watch band attaches.
• Measure in millimeters (mm).
• Select the matching band size.
Our bands are sized by the lug width, not the watch face size.
