Delivering to PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes BUT shipping WILL take longer because Postal Service organizations have specific procedures in place for handling packages delivered to PO boxes. These processes involve additional steps such as sorting, routing, and delivering the package to the appropriate PO box. These extra stages can contribute to a slightly longer delivery timeline.
Can I get my mat wet?
Short answer is NO! Coir mats retain water and can't get wet for prolonged periods. Excess moisture weakens the fibres, promotes mould growth, and reduces their lifespan. Additionally, they are prone to wearing away ink when wet. Avoid excessive water contact to maintain their durability.
