365CarMods started in 2015 as a small group of car enthusiasts sharing builds, memes and arguments about which engine is best. In 2017 we started putting our own jokes on shirts, because nothing in the shops said what we actually wanted to say.
Cars came first. Then motorcycles, because the people who ride have exactly the same arguments at home. Then pickups, because the guy who bought a truck for the three times a year he hauls something has heard it all before too. Every autumn we start on the ugly Christmas sweatshirts, personalised with the car, bike or truck he actually owns, and December turns into the busiest month of our year.
After that people started asking for the same thing for everything else. The grandfather who still plays golf at six in the morning. The one who spends every Sunday under the boat instead of in it. The four year old who knows the difference between an excavator and a digger.
So that is what we make now. Shirts, hoodies and mugs for guys at every age, about the specific thing they will not stop talking about. Not "World's Best Dad" in a generic font. The joke only he and the people closest to him would get.
