Custom and personalized orders

Choose from 12 player colors: red, yellow, brown, natural wood, purple, pink, orange, dark blue, light blue, dark green, light green and white. Please list the colors you want in the personalization field: one color per player or per extra player box. Contact me through Etsy Messages before ordering for special requests. All arrangements and payment for Etsy orders stay on Etsy.

Do the upgrade sets include the original game?

No. These are 3D upgrades and accessories, not complete games. No original game cards, dice or rules are included. You must own an original game purchased from official retailers, plus any relevant expansions and 5–6 player extensions. Read the individual listing carefully: an expansion-only kit does not include the base-game upgrade, and a storage-box-only listing does not include player pieces.

Can you ship to my EU country?

Please contact me through Etsy Messages before placing an order to an EU destination. Availability depends on the country and its applicable packaging and product requirements. I will confirm whether I can ship to you before you purchase. All discussions, arrangements and payment for Etsy orders remain on Etsy.

When will my order arrive?

Use the processing time and estimated delivery dates shown on the individual Etsy listing. Handmade production time is separate from shipping time. Some combined sets are sent in two parcels; where the listing specifies sequential dispatch, the second parcel is sent after the first arrives. For a birthday or another fixed deadline, please contact me through Etsy Messages before ordering.

Will I have to pay import charges?

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. They are the buyer’s responsibility unless Etsy collects them at checkout or they are included in the checkout total. Charges depend on the destination and order value. Please check the information from your local customs authority; these charges are separate from shipping.
