A: If you have not received your shipment within the estimated delivery time, first, contact your local delivery service to see if the parcel can be located.
If your local delivery service can´t find it, contact AC Design who will make a complaint to the Swedish Post that will start an investigation along with your country's postal service.

A: If you think the receiver is about the same size as yours or as someone you know, measure your own or someone else's wrist and add 1 cm / 0.39 inch or 1.5 cm / 0.59 inch depending on which bracelet design you chose (follow the measurement instructions for the bracelet)
If you do not know the size, do NOT automatically choose the largest size, the most common sizes are 17 cm / 6.69 inch - 18 cm / 7.08 inch.
