• We smooth and inspect every frame to avoid splinters. Still, we recommend using protective gloves when hanging or assembling any item.

We constantly monitor the safety level of our products during production and also the feedback and safety reports. To date, there have been no safety issues with our products. On this basis, it is determined that the product is characterized by a very high level of safety and does not pose a risk to users.

Because we don’t use machines and automated serial production, we carefully keep a record of every order. Each order is tracked with a unique ID in our customer system. This helps us quickly find the customer and the exact item if there’s ever a safety issue, so we can replace or recall it if needed.

You may return your order for any reason within 14 days for a full refund. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with corner protectors and all protective elements, or the return may be declined.

Up to now, not even one of our customer from the US, has ever payed customs duties – if your total order value (including shipping) is under $800, it qualifies for duty-free entry thanks to the U.S. de minimis threshold.
