When will my order ship?
In addition to the item's specified processing time, the free shipping method my shop offers is through USPS Ground Advantage which takes about 2-5 business days for delivery for most states (up to 5 business days for some). Please note if the delivery address is incorrect, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.
If you need the jewelry piece(s) quicker, please select priority mail options which range from:
1-3 business days for USPS domestic priority mail (2 options)
6-10 business days for USPS international priority mail (2 options)
Gift Wrapping & Packaging
All items arrive in a jewelry box. I will not include an invoice with your package.
If you need to add a personal message, please do so in the gift message section of your order. I will include in your package (free of charge).
Tissue wrapping is optional for gift orders and there will be a charge to cover material and labor costs.
How do I determine the length of the necklace chain?
Each necklace item in my shop has an image in the listing that demonstrates how to measure the appropriate necklace length. Please reference that image for measurements.
If you need an alternative length that's not listed, feel free to leave a note in your order for free customization.
Custom and personalized orders
If there's a particular jewelry piece you like and I do not offer the color or length of your preference, please feel free to message me. I'm happy to do any custom orders, but depending on the ask, it will require a longer processing time.
Care instructions
To ensure your jewelry piece stays in good condition, please remove jewelry before coming in contact with water, perfume, lotions, etc.
Avoid wearing jewelry pieces to sleep. Store in a cool/dry place and keep your jewelry in the pouch provided whenever possible.
Returns and Exchanges
-Buyers will be charged a 15% restocking fee (deducted from the refund) for returns and will be responsible for shipping costs.
-Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable. 14K Gold/Customized/Personalized and Clearance items are also non-refundable.
-Buyers who need to exchange (eg. for necklace sizing) will be responsible for to and from shipping costs.
Is your item suitable for children or babies?
The Jewelry items sold in this shop are NOT suitable for children and babies. Small jewelry parts can be a choking hazard and should be kept away from children.
A few of my jewelry pieces have small pieces that could come loose and become a choking hazard or cause an injury. While wearing my Jewelry pieces, please be careful and supervise young children.
