Digital Downloads:
All items in this shop are digital products—no physical items will be shipped.
After purchase, you’ll receive an instant download via your Etsy account and confirmation email.

If you experience any trouble accessing your files, please message me directly. I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours or less.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once the files have been downloaded.

However, your satisfaction is important to me—if there’s a problem with your file or you need help accessing or using it, please reach out. I will always do my best to help.

Privacy Policy:
Your privacy matters. When you make a purchase from my shop, Etsy provides me with the personal information you’ve given them (such as your name, email address, and order details) to complete your transaction, send your files, and provide support.
