5 out of 5 starsCustomer service was excellent. Shipping was fairly fast, considering it was coming cross country. The journal was absolutely gorgeous. I love it. .I will be back to order more.

5 out of 5 starsImpressed with the product. After reading multiple reviews of leather products on the Etsy site, I was concerned the journal would smell like chemicals after the shipping process. No issues at all on my end -- Item was packaged very well and looks great. If I had to change one thing, it would be the clasp -- the design is very unique and I appreciate that part, but the individual components look "manufactured' or punched-out. I'm picky, but they don't go well with the effort put into the hand-made journal, the leather and the pages. The rest however -- perfect. Thank you!

4 out of 5 starsItem is excellent, well made and as described. Let down a bit by delivery which was about a week late so may need to factor this in if buying as a gift as i couldn't give this on the day i needed to.

5 out of 5 starsI ordered the journal with lots of pages and it is BIG. The pages are all natural, so it does take a special pen, but I'm sure artwork is beautiful on these pages.

5 out of 5 starsThis journal is exactly what I wanted. The quality is great, I got the one with 400 pages and it looks excellent. Looking forward to putting my writing in one place.
