The paper for the cards and envelopes is high quality, colors are fabulous! She was VERY responsive to messages that I sent. The Distribution Center for my post office was super slow in sending an item. When I messaged Lauren, she responded immediately and resent the order (two days later the original order arrived -- had sat at the post office for weeks!)
