If you haven't received your package in atleast 2 days after USPS says it was delivered, PLEASE file a claim on their website. https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/package-inquiry
Filing a claim will insure FUTURE orders are being delivered to your address with care, but may also help find your lost package. Hold them responsible for their shipping process or it'll continue to be an issue.
