We absolutely accept custom and personalised orders! If you have a specific sizing need, or your own vision that we can create get in touch.
Please remember that custom orders are non returnable, so we will work with you before you purchase to make sure everything is right.

As all of our denim is sourced to order based on your sizing, fit and wash preferences - please remember we therefore need 5 to 10 working days to ship your order.

After shipping, please allow for arrival:

UK - 2-4 working days
International - 7-14 working days

All shipping is via EVRI- we will upload your tracking number to your order details on Etsy, but please note that to get full updates you need to enter this number on the EVRI website:

Sizing can be very tricky with vintage denim! Please ensure you do not purchase your normal modern jean size as it is not the same.

We will help yo choose the right size based on measurements, and your modern sizing info- please message us when you purchase.

All jeans are used, vintage - grade A/B. This means that they may have small defects and wear and tear. You can expect some (minor):
Fraying
Fading
Holes/repairs
Marks/stains

If there is anything you are NOT okay with (e.g. tears that have been repaired), please let us know before you purchase.

Yes! We understand ordering online can be tricky, so you can return your item for any reason. Please post back within 14 days of receiving.

It is your responsibility to cover return shipping costs, and we will either refund your purchase price in full, or exchange for you for free. We recommend checking with your national postal service for the best rates (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail). We recommend checking return costs for your country before you place your order.

No, because all items are sourced specifically for you and the motions start as soon as we received your order, we cannot cancel orders. Please ensure that your order details are correct, and if any changes need making, ensure you notify us as soon as possible.

For US customers - we pre-pay your customs fees and duties for you and it is included in the price you pay. Therefore there is nothing extra to pay after you have placed your order.

For customers in the rest of the world (e.g. Canada, Australia, Europe) - we don't usually find that you need to pay any fees on your orders. However, please check with your own country's customs website as things are always changing.
