5 out of 5 starsFor a long time, I've had low energy, was unfocused, and generally “blah.” After doing research, I concluded that my testosterone levels were likely part of the issue. Add years of stress from my bookkeeping job and a busy lifestyle, it had taken a toll. At 58, I decided to take action to improve my health. My goals were to better manage stress, anxiety, improve focus, & increase energy. I looked for a Canadian supplier and found AdaptoHealth on Etsy. Initial shipping issues were quickly resolved by Alex, and he also answered my questions. Usage wise, personally, I suggest people test this product out to find the best daily quantity, and usage. For me 3 capsules alternating days, and the off day only 2, and for me I found 5 days on, and 2 days off reset my system. BTW, I am not a Doctor & miracles don't happen over night.

As an aging male (57) I found that this product help me with my low metabolism to be more focused, attentive, and keep me from having the 2:30pm head bobs at work. I suggest people test this product to find the best daily quantity, and usuage. For me two capsules alternating days and the off day only one, and for me I found 5 days on 2 days off reset my systems and worked best. This is a great product, just give it a try and find the best time frames and quantities and your all set. BTW, miracles don't happen over night.
