Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
- You can download your files from within your Etsy account.
- Once Etsy has confirmed your purchase (this might take a few minutes), you can find your files under “Your Account > Purchases and Reviews”.
- Etsy will send you an email with a download link if you’re a guest user.
- You can only download your files from a desktop device, not from a mobile device.
How do I manage / use my files?
- You can manage image files best with software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw or free software like Gimp & Inkscape. File types included are .png or .jpeg.
- On certain tablets & iPad you can use apps like ProCreate or Affinity Designer.
- If necessary, there are many free video tutorials on YouTube that can help you navigate through the software you have access to.
Why don't you allow exchanges or refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the artwork, I can not allow refunds or exchanges because I have no way of telling whether you've used it and/or destroyed the files.
What is the best way to contact you?

How does purchasing a commercial license work?
Add the pattern/s you want to your basket, go to the licensing section of the shop and add a commercial license you need for each one. A single license applies for a single listing.
You will not receive individual licensing numbers. Your Etsy receipt is your proof that you are granted the right to use the artwork for commercial purposes.
