Welcome and thank you for visiting my humble little shop!! I have been creating personalized photo bouquet charms for brides since 2009 and love it more every day. Below is a list of frequently asked questions. If you have any additional questions I would be happy to answer them via convo.

Q: How do I send my photo to you?

A: The best way to submit your photo to me is through an Etsy message. You can do this before you place your order or after. Once you place your order, I will be able to link back to the conversations we have had to review before I start working on your charm. Please note if you have multiple photos and/or would only like certain people in the photos to be included that original file names are not visible to me so be sure to include descriptors for the person/people you want me to place in the frame (shirt color, hair color, etc.)

Q: When I add the item to my cart which Photo option do I choose?

A: DIY – No Photo – If you are planning to place the photo in the frame yourself.

AS IS – No Edits – If you are sending me a color photo and do not want me to change it to black and white or sepia

EDIT - Black & White – If you would like me to apply a black and white filter to your photo.

EDIT – Sepia If you would like me to apply a Sepia filter to your photo
OTHER – See Note – If you want custom text, heavier editing, or corrections and/or color changes.

 Please make sure that you include a note at checkout with instructions.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Please expect a processing time of 7-14 business days. Etsy generates a ship by date on each purchase that you can refer back to after placing your order.

 *Multiple charm orders may take slightly longer depending on when you place your order.

Q: How do I attach my charm to my bouquet?

A: There are several different ways to attach your charm to your bouquet. The most popular is with a simple pearl floral pin. I have several other options in my shop section titled Attaching your Charm if you want to browse for ideas.



Q: Can I add a second frame to a single frame charm?

A: In most instances yes. If you message me I can take a look at the listing you are interested in and let you know if it is possible and how it would look. I will then set up a custom listing for your double or triple charm for you to purchase.

- Shipping Upgrades are now available at checkout. Choose between USPS First Class, USPS Priority 2-3 day, or Express 1-2 day shipping. This does not change the processing time of 1-2 weeks, but upgrading shipping will decrease the transit time if you are in a rush.

- Your photo(s) are printed on Kodak instant dry brilliant gloss 48 lb. photo paper and can be printed in color, black & white, or sepia at no additional charge, unless otherwise noted on the listing.

- You pick the charm, You pick the ribbon, You pick the gems and any other details you wish to include. Purchase an item as is or message me and we can create something totally custom!

- All frames have a silver metal finish unless otherwise stated on the listing.

- All items are crafted upon receipt of photos, customization instructions, and payment.
