These GTC are accessible at any time on the Shop.

All or part of these GTC may be modified or supplemented at any time without notice. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to modify any presentation of the items in the Store, without notice.
Each item is a unique piece or published in small series (unless otherwise stated), not customizable for the Buyer, unless otherwise stated.
The texts and photographs illustrating the items in the Shop do not constitute a contractual document.
Each screen being calibrated in a different way by its user, there may be variations in the colors of an item between the photograph presented on the online store and the delivered item that can in no case prevail over a cancellation of an order or a refund of the item ordered.
Payments by credit card and cheque are accepted.

Payment is due in full upon final confirmation of the order by the Buyer.
The order is definitively validated upon receipt of the full payment.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
The Seller reserves ownership of the items until full payment of the order.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction. The confirmation and payment of the order will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
Selling price:
The rates appearing on the online store are prices including VAT in euros. Shipping costs are extra.
Rates may be increased according to the Buyer's special customization requests. The Buyer is then informed of the new rate and must confirm his agreement. Custom orders are not eligible for a promotion code.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, it being understood however that the price indicated to the Buyer when confirming the order will be the only one applicable.
CUSTOM ORDER
Any order must be made in writing via the messaging of the site, choice of colors, pearls, sizes, and all details must be approved by the buyer.
Any order over 200 € will be subject to the payment of a deposit of 50% payable before execution. After execution of the order the customer will receive a photo of the creation and will have a period of 48 hours. to finalize the purchase. If the realization suits him he will pay the balance before the sending. If the realization does not suit him 50% of the deposit paid will remain acquired to Aes Linea for the work done, the balance will be refunded. If the customer does not manifest himself within the time limit of 48 hours the entire deposit paid will remain with Aes Linea. Custom orders are not eligible for promotional codes.

Le Vendeur se réserve le droit de modifier toute présentation des articles de la Boutique, et ce, sans préavis.
Chaque article est une pièce unique ou éditée en petite série (sauf mention contraire), non personnalisable pour l’Acheteur, sauf mention contraire.
Les textes et photographies illustrant les articles de la Boutique ne constituent pas un document contractuel.
Chaque écran étant calibré de manière différente par son utilisateur, il peut exister des variations de couleurs d’un article entre la photographie présentée sur la boutique en ligne et l’article livré qui ne peuvent en aucun cas prévaloir d’une annulation de commande ou d’un remboursement de l’article commandé.
Les paiements par CB et chèque sont acceptés.

Le paiement est exigible en totalité lors de la confirmation définitive de la commande par l’Acheteur.
La commande est validée définitivement lors de la réception de la totalité du paiement.
Le Vendeur se réserve le droit de refuser toute commande pour des motifs légitimes.
Le Vendeur se réserve la propriété des articles jusqu’au règlement complet de la commande.
L’ensemble des données fournies et la confirmation enregistrée vaudront preuve de la transaction. La confirmation et le paiement de la commande vaudront signature et acceptation des opérations effectuées.
Prix de vente:
Les tarifs figurant sur la boutique en ligne sont des prix TTC en euros . Les frais d’expédition sont en supplément.
Les tarifs peuvent être majorés selon les demandes particulières de personnalisation de l’Acheteur. L’Acheteur est alors informé du nouveau tarif et doit confirmer son accord. Les commandes personnalisées ne peuvent bénéficier de code promotion.
Le Vendeur se réserve le droit de modifier ses tarifs à tout moment, étant toutefois entendu que le prix indiqué à l’Acheteur lors de la confirmation de la commande sera le seul applicable.
COMMANDE PERSONNALISEE
Toute commande devra être formulée par écrit via la messagerie du site, choix des couleurs, des perles, tailles, et tous les détails devront être approuvés par l'acheteur.
Toute commande supérieure à 200€ fera l'objet du paiement d'un acompte de 50% payable avant exécution. Après exécution de la commande le client recevra une photo de la création et disposera d'un délai de 48h. pour finaliser l'achat. Si la réalisation lui convient il réglera le solde avant l'envoi. Si la réalisation ne lui convient pas 50% de l'acompte versé restera acquis à Aes Linea pour le travail effectué, le solde sera remboursé. Si le client ne se manifeste pas dans le délai imparti de 48h l'intégralité de l'acompte versé restera acquis à Aes Linea. Les commandes personnalisées ne peuvent bénéficier de codes promotion.
