5 out of 5 starsThe product is wonderful - I'm very pleased with it. The bundle colors were as described. The shipping was SLOW. I received it more than 5 weeks after I ordered it. The customer service was poor - I sent 3 messages and had to involve Etsy before my order was actually sent. It is very possible there were extenuating circumstances - I just wish they had contacted me. The product is so great that I will consider giving them another chance in the future.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful selection of threads, nicely packaged. Ignore the cardboard spools, I made those on the fly. These came in a bundle that was very well put together. There were zero knots or tangles. I am very happy with these and am excited to use them in my artwork. Thank you so much!

Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our bundles are packaged in size-appropriate organza gift bags with each yarn individually wrapped on a plastic floss card, allowing for easy storage and organization. We wrap each order in tissue paper and attach a business card. Please contact us or leave a message with your order for any special requests/gift messages.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Italy. For international orders, please check your country's customs rules and be aware of any import fees/VAT taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees due at customs. To comply with customs laws, the value of the package is declared at shipping and cannot be changed. Our prices for international shipping reflect accurate shipping, packaging, and insurance costs.
Sizing details
At this time, each of our yarn samples measures two yards/six feet. Please contact us if you are interested in longer/shorter lengths; we would be happy to work with you to create a custom order. We cannot guarantee that extra lengths will be available of yarns currently displayed in fiber bundle listings.
