Sadly, the bracelet broke the day I gave it to her in one of her outings that day. I reached out to Stacie to she if could advise me on how to fix it, but she immediately jumped into action and told me to send it back so she could fix it. Then I made a mistake and shipped it incorrectly, and Stacie had to track it down!!! The day she got my package, she mailed out the shipped product the same evening. How do I personalize my jewelry?
Most options are outlined inside the item's description. Once you have decided on your custom details:
1. Use the drop down menu(s) to select your style(s).
2. Add the item to your cart.
3. Leave us a comment in the "add a note" box inside your cart, if you have additional instructions for personalization.
Forgot to specify something? No worries, we will contact you.
What are your return policies?
• Custom and personalized items such as stamped/engraved jewelry, custom orders, unusual chain lengths or altered in any way from the original design CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
• Non customized items CAN be returned or exchanged for a store credit/remake within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted they must not be worn or damaged and still in the original packaging. Because our items are handmade, there will be a 20% charge (plus shipping) as a restocking fee on all returns.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.

Does your jewelry come gift wrapped?
All of our pieces come gift wrapped. However to reduce our carbon imprint multiple item orders are packaged with 4-5 items per gift box.
If you need each item in it's own gift box, we will be happy to do that. Just leave a note during checkout.
Gift messages can also be left inside your cart in the "note to seller" box.
