4 out of 5 starsBeautiful necklace but I had to give 4 stars because the pendant was placed onto the chain so the clasp has to be used left-handed. It’s very hard to clasp, especially since there’s no clasp tab on the other end. I wish I could give this 5 stars because it’s a quality necklace, but I’m going to have to pay a jeweler to reverse the pendant.

5 out of 5 starsI needed to leave a review since Mr. Abel, addressed my concerns and in the end the issue were resolved smoothly. This shop cares for the consumer/buyer so I highly recommend it. I was not able to keep the ring for some reasons bec. it's not meant nor fit for me, & I would say the ring was gorgeous especially the sparkling effect on the lab diamond stones.
