Can I sell AmalouArt illustrations?
No. All digital download files from AmalouArt are strictly for PERSONAL OR GIFT USE ONLY. You may not forward, alter, distribute, sell or mass produce files. All products by Amalou Art are for non-commercial use only.
When will I receive my order?
If you purchase an instant download wall art printable, your file/s will be ready for you to download immediately after your payment has cleared. You'll receive an email verifying your purchase, with a link to download your files.
For all personalised printable wall art, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order. I'll try to have your download to you within 24-48 hours. If there's a delay due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, I'll do my best to notify you with regular updates.
If you have a question, please don't hesitate to message me.

How will I receive my instant download?
Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from your Account/Purchases. You’ll also receive an email with a link to your download included once your payment has cleared.
If you have checked out as a guest and don’t have an Etsy account, you’ll find a link to your download in the receipt email that is sent after purchase.
If you receive a PDF with a link to my Dropbox, click the link on the PDF, then click the download arrow (⤓) at the top of my Dropbox page, when a login/signup window appears, click 'or continue with download only.'

How will I receive my custom digital files?
Once I’ve personalised your order, you’ll receive an Etsy email with a link to your download. After this time you will also be able to access your digital download via your Account/Purchases, unless you've signed in as a guest.
Please make sure your email is up to date in your Etsy account or you can message me your preferred email. If signing in with your Apple ID make sure you edit your email in your account settings, otherwise Etsy will not have access to your email to send important information about your order.
Can I have additional custom changes?
If you would like a colour, style, text, size that’s different to the options included for a custom order or instant download, please get in touch with me first to check if the alternation is possible. Also be aware that new custom options will take me longer to complete and there will be an additional cost. Please contact me first to discuss the details and price.
Do you have any printing or framing tips?
RECOMMENDED PAPER
Archival matte paper, fine art paper, Canson rag photographique, canvas or matte photo paper. If you're on a tight budget, Satin or Lustre will work fine for most printables. Avoid overly glossy or coated paper, as this may distort colours or add unwanted reflection.
PRINT SETTINGS
Make sure colour correction is disabled and the correct paper size and paper type is selected. You must also have the highest quality image selected. It might be labeled highest quality, highest resolution or best image quality.
BUDGET FRAMING
Affordable pre-made frames can be found in homeware department stores, such as Ikea, Target, Big W, K-mart, Myer, Harvey Norman & Spotlight.

We're now offering premium fine art printing and postage service within Australia.
Printed on premium heavyweight fine art paper. The colour and detail quality of these fine art prints is so precise, they could be mistaken for the original illustrations.
The fine art prints are packaged carefully between sturdy card and covered in a protective plastic sleeve.
