Amber Moon Gallery, (recently know as Amber Moon Jewelry), actually started out as Collectibles under the Amber Moon on eBay back in the 1980’s. Selling vintage collectibles that my mother and I would buy, bring home, clean and list on Ebay.

From there, I've become more and more drawn to the beautiful one of a kind, unique artisan jewelry pieces I saw at local art shows and fairs. Believing that I should be doing something that I really love to have and work with, I decided to start making jewelry and selling on Etsy. The first jewelry I made was stringing and recycling vintage and used jewelry. That's when I found my true love...designing and making handmade unique jewelry.

Then, I started some experimenting with different mediums. I took bead weaving classes, then actually started to teach bead stringing and weaving. Then wire and metal came into my life. Wire is something that, if you allow it, will move and form it's own pieces. This is the wire's way of talking....that's why you'll find so many unique one of a kind pieces of handmade wire jewelry in my shop!

Then, of course, I felt I needed some of my created beauty to be able to be seen always in my home. That’s when I decided to branch out into decor for my home. So I’ve revised my site to Amber Moon Gallery so I could branch out into my second love....stained glass home decor.

Beads, wire and stained glass make beautiful and, more importantly, unique jewelry and house decor. Things designed, handcrafted and made by myself in my SC home just for you!
