Returns Policy
Contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Use USPS (USA) or your national postal service (International). Do not use private couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Tracking is required only for solid gold jewelry returns.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
1. Silver/Gold-Plated Jewelry: Refund minus $19 shipping fee and minus 15% duties paid in the US.
2. Solid Gold Jewelry: Refund minus 15% of the item’s value for duties, plus 60 USD for delivery.
For customs, mark as "RETURNED ITEM" with a value of up to USD 50 to avoid delays.
Gold-plated rings are non-returnable.

Please double check your size before ordering.
If your jewel needs to be re-sized it will be re-sized at no extra cost. You will only need to pay the shipping cost to me and back to you, and for any materials added to it.

Care instructions
To Protect Overtime:
• Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, working, or exercising.
• Avoid contact with cleaning materials, perfumes, hair sprays, and other beauty products.
• Store carefully and individually in a dry place to avoid scratches or corrosive damp.
• Clean your jewelry with a soft cotton cloth and warm water. Use a tiny drop of liquid soap if needed.
• Please do not use a jewelry cloth as it usually contains chemicals that will scrub off the surface.
Refund Processing
• After receiving the item back, I will refund you for the jewelry excluding shipping costs- $15 on silver/gold plated jewelry, OR $45 on Solid gold jewelry.
• When returning a SOLID GOLD JEWELRY - a deduction of 10% of the jewelry price will be made from the refund, to cover the costs of materials and the time spent making the jewelry.
