After volunteering with our local TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) group and witnessing the struggle of feral cats firsthand, I was compelled to start this business. I grew up immersed in the spirit of Mom and Pop businesses (my parents ran a successful bakery for over 35 years!), so I deeply understand the importance of building strong relationships with our customers and fulfilling needs.
