Shipping
I ship via PostNL Domestic and International Parcel. Shipping can take up to 6 weeks to some countries. Delivery Confirmation is not available. *I am not responsible for paying for any customs charges that may occur*.
**All items sent internationally will be marked as merchandise and customs fees may be charged to the receiver. Receivers are responsible for paying customs fees in order for the items to be delivered. If a package is returned to AmparoCortes with unpaid customs fees, the buyer will be given the option to receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping, or the buyer can repay shipping to resend the package with the understanding that the intended receiver will be required to pay the customs fees for delivery to occur. *I am not responsible for paying for any customs charges that may occur*.
I ship to the address specified in your Etsy order. If the address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to me, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and I will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost.
