Frequently asked questions
How to place a custom order?
If you're not satisfied with the designs provided in the link and would like to create your own design, please message me directly and send me your custom design image. You can send it in JPEG or PNG format, as long as the image is clear enough.
Can I see a draft before making the product?
To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, we generally do not provide draft. However, we will send you a sketch in special cases:
- if you explicitly request to see a draft (please make a note of this in the 'Personalized Box' when you order);
- if your design is too complex or not suitable for production.
