How do I access my digital purchases in my Etsy account?
1. Log in to Etsy.com on a browser (not the app).
2. Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews.
3. Click Download Files next to your order.
• If you don’t see the button, click the small grey arrow next to the order.
• If payment is still processing, the button will appear greyed out.

You will receive a download link in the receipt email sent after purchase. If it’s missing, check spam/junk folders and Gmail tabs (Social, Promotions). Adding transaction@etsy.com to your safe list can prevent issues in the future.

If you used Apple Pay or an Apple ID and didn’t receive a receipt or download link, you may have used the “Hide My Email” option. This creates a private email address, and Etsy sends the receipt there. You can:
• Log in to Etsy via a browser (not the app) to locate your order.
• Contact me via Etsy messaging for assistance if the order cannot be found.
How do I choose the right file size for my needs? Can I request a custom size?
In the listing pictures and listing description, you will find the available sizes for printing.
If you need a different size, please contact me before purchasing to see if it can be resized to meet your specifications. If possible, I will provide ONE custom resize per listing without any extra cost within 2-3 business days.
Where can I print my digital art?
For the best results, I recommend printing on heavyweight matte or fine art paper to get the most authentic look.

For technical or printing issues, please contact the print service directly.
• Local print shops: You can also take your digital art file to a local print shop, such as Walmart, FedEx Office or Staples, for printing.
• At home: If you have a good quality printer at home, you can also print your digital art on your own. Just make sure you have the right type of paper and ink to get the best results.
What paper works best for printing? Where can I find frames for my artwork?
For vintage digital prints, I recommend a heavyweight matte or lightly textured fine art paper to achieve a timeless, classic look.
