Sizing details
While an estimated size in modern standards is given to each item, please refer to the measurements listed for the most accurate representation of the garment, though be aware and allow for slight discrepancies that may occasionally occur.
Condition
As each piece in the shop is 20 years or older, the wear of time contributes to imperfections in the garments. No item can be expected to be as new, but the state of the piece will be listed as accurately as possible to ensure an understanding of the condition that the item is in. Please understand that a flaw may be unintentionally overlooked from time to time, though the utmost care is taken to relay all known imperfections to the buyer.
Holds, Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We do not allow holds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. Please carefully review the listing of the items in consideration and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.
Shipping
Before placing an order, always review your address to ensure accuracy with your delivery. All items purchased will be shipped from Arietta in 1-3 business days. Actual arrival of the item may vary according to the speed of delivery, especially when the item is traveling internationally. Once the item has left our shop, we are not responsible for losses or damages. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your package while in transit. If items are not delivered and are instead returned back to us, we will instantly take active steps to get in touch with the buyer through all known methods of communication. If the buyer fails to respond after 30 days, no further steps will be taken with refunds or shipping of the items.
Incorrect Shipping Info, Delivery, and Returns
We ship all items to the address chosen by the buyer from a label printed directly from the information they've put in. If the address entered into Etsy is incorrect, however, the package will usually be sent back to us, the sender, by the postal service. In that case, the buyer has two options: 1. Choose to not have the item sent back to them and instead receive a refund for their purchase, minus shipping expenses, or 2. purchase a new shipping label and have it shipped to their correct address. Please keep in mind that in both instances buyers are always responsible for shipping fees. We actively check updates with shipping and keep in frequent touch with all our buyers to ensure a smooth process if this case occurs.
