Custom and personalized orders
Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or was made with a mistake.
Sizing details
Please check that you have entered all details in the listing, such as the chain length or color. In the absence of such information, the item will be made using standard options. FOR EXAMPLE, if no information is given – a necklace will be made with standard length.
Care instructions
Please remember that sterling silver or gold does not do well in contact with water, perfumes and deodorants. I also advise keeping your pieces in a safe storage.
Shipping
We reserve the right to cancel orders to some countries where there are problems with the delivery of packages. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund.
We ship all items within 2 to 5 days of cleared payment (unless otherwise indicated in the listing). In case of any inquiries, please contact us.
MISSING PACKAGE: Please note that should your package go missing, no refunds or replacement packages will be sent until 4 weeks have passed from the shipping date. It's unlikely this will happen as the parcel simply could be over-held in transit.
Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to refund it or exchange the product for something else from my shop - the order must be sent back to me within 14 days of receiving, please contact us via Etsy prior to this and for more information.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance. In case of returning a package, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping.
- Clearance and sale items are not returnable or refundable.
- The items that are used or not in original condition and are without the original boxes or the original pouches CANNOT be returned!
NO TRACKING NUMBER IS AVAILABLE FOR STANDARD SHIPPING!
If you wish for your order to be shipped out using registered or express shipping – you must select such option at the checkout where an extra fee will be added on top of the order’s total cost.
- Combined shipping is offered when purchasing multiple items at once.
- Package shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
You must make sure to register with correct details on Etsy. We CANNOT be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to pay additional charges for re-sending the package.
-In case of a missed delivery, a note by the local Post should be left at the door. If later the package is not collected in time by the customer, or if the package returns to us due to a faulty address, the order will be treated as abandoned and no further action will be taken after 14 days of no contact with the client.
- In case of a message about a returned package, if a customer refuses to pay the re-shipping fee, a refund can be offered to cover 50% of the product cost only
