By purchasing an Art House Whimsy digital product, you agree to the following terms. Violations may result in the termination of your license.
1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE
✅ Allowed:
• Printing the files for personal projects.
• Using them in personal creative works (art journals, scrapbooks, etc.).
🚫 Not Allowed:
• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the digital files in any way.
• Using them in commercial projects.

2. ARTISTIC & LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (Up to 100 Sales)
✅ Allowed:
• Using the files to create and sell up to 100 physical or digital items (e.g., printed stickers, handmade journals, digital collages).
• Incorporating the designs into your own work, as long as they are altered and not sold as standalone files.
🚫 Not Allowed:
• Selling or sharing the digital files (whole or in part) as they are.
• Simply recoloring or making minor changes and selling them as new products.
• Using the files in Print-on-Demand services like Redbubble or Society6.
3. Extended Commercial License (Over 100 Sales – Companies & Large-Scale Production)
• Required for producing and selling over 100 physical items.
• Digital resale is strictly forbidden.
• Companies must contact arthousewhimsy [!at] gmail.com to obtain pricing and licensing details.
General Restrictions (Applies to All Licenses)
• You CANNOT claim these designs as your own.
• You CANNOT include them in digital kits, clipart collections, or templates.
• You CANNOT transfer, sublicense, or allow others to use your purchased files.
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

I can use them as pages in a journal, cut pieces of them as tags or cards or pockets. I can make glorious envelopes,….. endless possibilities. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, original and sometimes a bit quercky, then this shop is the place to be!
