Returns and exchange details?
We do not accept returns as most items in the store are personalized. We try to present our articles to the best of our abilities with detailed photos and descriptions. We ship your items with tracking and packaging with care. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation.
But, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me and we can try to find a solution. We are always ready for a peaceful solution to any problems!
The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods. If the buyer makes a return - he pays for the delivery to the seller himself!
Shipping policies
We use the air mail of Ukraine. Each parcel has a tracking number. Delivery takes from 10 to 30 days (again, depending on the country of destination). But! The maximum possible period. International transport from Ukraine - 45 days.
In the near future, a cheap and fast delivery method will be available. I ask you to consider this opportunity and have patience and understanding! We can not physically influence the speed of delivery. Let's wait together and we will respect each other. I am not responsible for the work of the postal service! If the parcel is damaged during the sending process, write a written application to the postal service representative!
Custom and personalised orders?
Yes, we can do custom orders. But we can't make it out of the color that you send us by looking at the photos, so the differences in color over the Internet are very strong, it may not correspond to the desired color in reality. Before sending the order, I will send a photo for approval. All items are completely handmade, so you need time from 2 to 5+ days. It depends on the complexity of the work and the number of current orders. If you want something special for you, please contact me. We will estimate the time frame required for your order. It usually takes no more than 7 business days.
