4 out of 5 starsPrints had creases in them. Maybe try shipping flat versus rolling. Other than this they are beautiful.

5 out of 5 starsI ordered a macrame wall hanging from this shop and loved it so much I ordered another. I sent it to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. She was so happy with her gift stating how beautiful it looked in her office. The quality and craftmanship of these wall hangings is top of the line.

6. What is your return policy?
Due to the personalised nature of our printed orders, each item is specifically created for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as these items are not suitable for resale.

We will work with you to address the issue and find an appropriate solution which may include a replacement or refund. if possible, accompanying photos of the issue for a quicker resolution.
