Frequently asked questions

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

I do not accept returns/exchanges unless there is something wrong with your order). If you wish to make a return/exchange due to a sizing error, the shop owner will not be responsible for the cost of shipping.

What do I do if my order says it has been delivered but I can't find it?

Sometimes, USPS updates the tracking several days before the package/letter has actually been delivered. I would recommend waiting a week to see if the package turns up. If not, please double check that the address you provided was correct and check all possible places the letter/package could have been left. If the package still cannot be located please contact me and I will open a claim with the post office.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you are placing an order that will be a Christmas present please leave me a note at checkout or in the personalization box and your order will be packaged with holiday themed tissue paper.

Why is my order taking so long to ship!

I am currently a full time grad student and as such I have my processing times set for up to five weeks. The majority of my orders are shipped within three weeks but I can only guarantee that your order will ship by the estimated ship date. If you need your order by a certain date please send me a message prior to ordering and I will do all that I can to accommodate you!

Am I able to personalize a cast member costume sticker with a name?

Do to the high demand and the small size of the cast member nametags, we are not able to personalize any cast member costume stickers at this time.
