Sensitive to the environmental cause and committed to the rights of the wildlife that populates our world, I wanted to use my skills to defend these values. By not using any animal material Atelier Albert wants to offer a benevolent alternative to fashion products. Having to choose too often between "aesthetic" and ethical I wanted to create products that fuse these words so similar.

Flexible and pleasant to the touch, the crush for the work of this material was instantaneous. Innovative, it is as waterproof as it is tear-resistant while being light as a feather!
ALBERT WONDER WOMEN: Nellie, Phûlan, Wangari, where do these names come from?
In addition to the animal world, it is also the women that Albert wanted to highlight in his collections. This is why each product bears the name of a woman who has marked history or her entourage.
MANUFACTURING:
Located in the Pays de Loire between Nantes and Angers, the workshop is a place where each product is thought, developed and made by hand with passion and meticulousness. After a prototyping phase, the pattern and the manufacturing steps are validated. The products are mostly made on demand. Entirely cut and prepared by hand, the stitching is then carried out with an industrial machine allowing a professional quality of work. Once the sting operations are completed, each product is finished manually with the utmost care.
THE MATERIALS USED:
Each range consists mainly of cork fabric (natural cork doubled by a half-polyester half-cotton fabric) as well as complementary materials such as imitation leather, outer tarpaulin, bulgomme, suede.
No glue (except double-sided) and no dyes are used. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of the materials and supplies used in manufacturing.
DEADLINES:
Often made to order, manufacturing times can range from 2 to 3 weeks. Albert will do his best every day to ensure that these estimates are accurate. For any questions, do not hesitate, go to the contact section.
HORS CADRE is the category grouping the paper products created by Albert. Paper portraits, cut-outs to frame, greeting cards, 3D collages to offer, each of them is handmade from multi-colored papers.
