Audrey Sparrow offers a collection of memories from the past...antique and vintage lockets, medallions and unique pendants including charms, fobs and vintage rattles. Chains are handcrafted in 14K gold fill and sterling silver with a variety of genuine gemstones and freshwater pearls.
I have a deep affinity for jewelry from the past as these pieces have their own stories and represent special moments in life…a Victorian locket with a curl of hair celebrating a child or spouse, a sterling silver sweetheart charm from a WW2 soldier, to medallions commemorating a war victory, sports achievement or a religious event.

Overall Care - Gemstones, Opals, Pearls, Gold Filled and Sterling Silver:
• Keep all jewelry away from chemicals, pool water and salt water.
• Apply your lotions, perfumes, colognes, and hairsprays before you put on any gemstone jewelry, but be particularly cautious with your pearl and opal jewelry because they react very poorly to acids and alcohols.
• Do not shower, sweat or sleep in opal jewelry.
• Be especially careful about taking opal jewelry straight from the comfortable temperatures of your home into a frigid night or scorching summer day. Keep your pearls and opals away from sources of heat or cold, like fireplaces or open windows.
• Avoid doing household or outdoor chores while wearing pearls or opals.

Storage recommendations
• Always store jewelry clean and dry and in a low humidity environment.
• Store your pearl and opal jewelry separately from other pieces to minimize accidental contact or scratches.
• Store gold filled and sterling silver chains in something airtight, such as plastic bags or Shine Rite anti-tarnish bags.
