All the items in my shop are made to order, this is why returns and exchanges are tricky to do.

I can offer an exchange for a few of the items (which is specified with the relevant item at the very bottom of the description), but not for the majority of them - it depends on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer (who is sewing the items) I'm using for that particular item.

If there is any issue, please contact me as soon as possible and I will check what can be done. Normally some solution can be reached.

If the issues is a fault in printing, the items is damaged or defective, or the item got lost in transit(*), I can offer you a replacement item.

Please take a picture of the faulty item and attach it in your message to me.

(*) If the item was posted to the wrong address (ie your mistake) and the item was returned to the printing company - the result is questionable - some of the manufacturers will offer an exchange and some won't and you will need to pay the shipping cost - so please contact me.

Keep in mind, sometimes it may take longer for items to arrive to you as it depends on your local post office - something that is completely out of my hands.

What it means is that each and every item is one of a kind, printed separately on demand ie as soon as you place your order.

This does not allow me to make an alteration to the items shape and length but it allows me to supply you my designs on the best garment quality at the best price.

Printing on demand means that the colors and positioning of the design may vary slightly from garment to garment.

Keep in mind that each computer screen is calibrated differently, so there might be a slight difference between the colors that you see on the screen and the finished product but this will be minimal if any.

As soon as you place your order it will be made especially for you. Your bought item will packed carefully and shipped directly to you.

Processing and shipping times are stated at the bottom of the description text area of each and every item. Each of the different manufacturing facilities I'm using to sew my dresses has different processing and shipping times.

I will be monitoring your at every step of the way and I will communicate with you letting you know where your garment is at and if there are any delays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

The best way to select the correct size is by taking your body measurements (bust/chest/hips) and comparing them to the size chart in the specific listing you're wanting to purchase.

Please note that the size charts are NOT the same and are manufacture in different facilities.

You can find the size chart in the item description text and also as one of the images of that particular item.

You're welcome to send me your measurements if you're unsure.

At this time I can not offer any alternations to the garments no matter how small the alteration is as explained at "All items in my shop are made to order" section above.

Although I am not able to offer you gift wrapping at this time, all packages are sent without an invoice or any other leaflet or advertising, so you are welcome to send this item directly to a family member or a friend as a gift knowing that the the invoice won't be sent to them.

All items are wrapped in either tissue paper or plastic bags and shipped in a polymailer envelope.
