Due to the nature of our products—custom-made, personalized napkins—we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error in the embroidery on our part, we will address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

All orders are shipped via POST and typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

Express Shipping Upgrade:
You can upgrade to EXPRESS shipping for faster delivery. Orders will be shipped via FEDEX Express, with the exception of shipments to South America, Australia, Asia, and Africa.

Delivery Times:
Europe: 2–4 days
USA/Canada: 2–5 days
Other regions: 2–6 days (depending on location)
