Gift wrapping and packaging
We are neatly packaged in a Cloth Bag that are gift ready.
Items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope.
Each item is housed in a card holder, and gift-wrapped. This flat-packing method saves considerable shipping costs.
Tracking + Free shipping (COVID-19 )
The Free Delivery option is available for all orders. Free delivery means your order is sent via Canada post standard letter-Mail / Chitchats flat envelope. No tracking information and no guaranteed delivery time window. Message me If you would like to upgrade your order for tracking information.
Due to COVID-19, there are currently major international shipping delays. Please be aware that your order will possibly take 5-10 days longer than usual.

Normally this time is much shorter, but due to the large shipping delays because of COVID-19, we have had to extend this timeframe.
Care instructions
Sterling silver jewellery naturally takes on a blackish tarnish over time in reaction with air.
When you receive your piece of sterling jewellery it may have black tarnish spots - these are easily removed!
You can either buy a silver-cleaning cloth, or simply use some toothpaste on a cloth or brush - gently rub at the tarnish, then wash and dry to bring back the Ultra-Shine!
Care instructions (crystals)
DON'T cleanse jewelry in sea salt or salt water. Applies to Crystal only.
Cleaning methods: Selenite, sunlight, moonlight, sea salt, water, sound therapy.
Please message me if you are unsure the crystal/stone can handle a water cleanse.
I personally cleanse all crystals with Selenite, crystal singing bowl, moonlight/sunlight. I also clean with mountain spring before shipped.
