My name is Blessing, I'm a mum to 3 lovely kids and a midwife by profession. Shortly after relocating to the UK few years ago, I searched for hairstylist in my community but could'nt find any who understands how to make Afro hair. I decided to start making my hair on my own by self learning but because I was not good enough at that time, I channelled my prior knowledge of sewing into making stylish turban caps to cover up my rough hairdo. [I later became an 'expert' in making my own hair]
I got lots of compliments from friends and colleagues and many requested that I make them turban caps too. Soon enough, I turned a part of my sitting room into a mini workspace where I sew turbans at my leisure.
My accidental business is now growing fast with the support of people like you, we now have a workspace and happy to be able to meet the various needs of women [such as women going through chemo or alopecia and of course fashion ] all around the world.
