Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of my personalized items, I can not accept cancellations or returns. However, if you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact me to discuss your order further. I strive for customer satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to contact me about any issues!
Custom and personalized orders
The customer is responsible for double checking the spelling and format of the information given on personalized orders. If a name is misspelled in the notes to seller at the time the order is placed, and your blanket is personalized with the incorrect spelling, you will not be refunded. If font style and thread color are not specified, I will choose what looks best.
Sizing details
Each listing specifies the size options of the featured blanket in the item description. Please read the description and the suggested uses to clarify the size before placing your order. If you are still unsure on which size to order, feel free to message me and I will gladly give a suggestion!
Patterns may have slight variations in placement.
Care instructions
It is recommended for minky blankets to wash separately in cool water using a gentle machine cycle. Hang to dry or machine dry on a low setting to ensure long lasting softness. Never iron Minky.
