How I get inspiration for making Eco-friendly personalized pouch and tote bags

Since my childhood, I was anxious about the excessive usage of plastic bags in our daily routine, so when I grew up and had the means, I decided to find a cheaper and Eco-Friendly alternative to it that could help in reducing plastic wastage.
My inspiration comes from my mother, She used to keep a pile of plastic bags to store the things safe but those bags were not so useful and presentable when carrying them outside so she once tried to stitch tote bags from the torn & waste clothes which looked unique, stylish and eco friendly as well.
One of our neighbour liked it so much and requested to create more for their child’s school exhibition stall. That moment completely changed our life, me and my mother started making Tote Bags, Covers, Drawstring pouches, and more during the weekends. I used to assist my mother, At that time she trained me in the art of tailoring bags, and she always motivated me to upskill and learn the art of stitching along with my studies.
In India, Drawstring velvet pouches are very common for Jewelry packaging but nowadays, They are being accepted by many small to big business owners for their packaging needs.
