Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
All of my ceramics are individually handmade pieces of art, and because of that, they will have small flaws. Some parts of the glaze may craze or pinhole (bumps, divots, cracks, and some bubbling). Because of the nature of personalized orders, I do not accept returns.
For shipping damages: Please contact me within 2 days of delivery. I require photos of the damages and the original packaging. The price of your item will be refunded, but cannot be immediately replaced.
Wholesale availability
I offer wholesale prices on all of my products and commissions. Message for details.
Order Cancellations
For shirts and any other printed item, cancellations can only be made before the item has begun production.
