Check the tracking number. If it hasn't been marked as delivered then it should arrive eventually, there is very little I can do about shipping delays. If it has been marked as delivered, please check with your local post offices, neighbors, etc before contacting me. Once a package is marked as delivered it is out of my control. If you think it was stolen, contact the USPS and your local police department.

Sometimes I will receive orders that have been returned by the post office. If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or sitting unclaimed at the post office for too long I will issue you a refund, shipping cost not included, and re-list the item. You are welcome to buy it again but please make sure your address is correct and you are aware of your country's customs policies.

Also, sometimes I have more than one of a specific item. Don't worry, you'll get the one that you ordered!

Yes, except for the following:

-Cheap Cheap: All items are final sale, no returns, no exceptions. This includes lots.

-Items On Sale: If it is on sale, it is Final Sale

-Discounted Items: Items purchased for less than full price are Final Sale

-Distressed items: Items with "Distressed" in the description or title are heavily used, which can be desirable to some people, but please be sure that you want a distressed item before you buy.

-If there is a flaw shown in the listing, you may not return the item because you don't like the flaw.

-If the item has measurements, you may not return the item because it is the wrong size/doesn't fit.

The original shipping & return shipping costs are not included in any return's refund.

In most cases, no. In some cases if a hat is really bad I will wash it, but that will probably be mentioned in the listing. With the volume of hats that I sell it would not make sense to wash them individually, so I leave any cleaning up to you, the buyer.

Most of these hats have not been worn in a long time and are quite clean, dusty at most. Some hats have discoloration on the inner band from use. Some hats will have a lingering scent of a previous home or owner, that is part of buying used headwear. If that makes you uncomfortable, I would not recommend buying used items.

Do not put hats in the washing machine, especially trucker hats. Warm water, laundry detergent, and stain remover with an old toothbrush in the sink works great!

Maybe, feel free to ask. I have hundreds of hats that aren't listed. However, my storage system is not ideal for finding individual hats, so no promises.

On very rare occasions an item that is ordered will be misplaced by me, or an item will accidentally be marked as having 2 in stock when there is only one, which can lead to someone buying something that I don't actually have. If this happens (which it most likely will not), I will contact you and you can decide either to receive any other item in my store of a similar value, or receive a full refund.

In most cases, the item will arrive eventually. Most of the time a package will take 7-10 business days, but I have had packages arrive after a few months.

Your package is insured, we have to wait 40 days from the shipment date for the item to arrive. If it doesn't arrive within 40 days, I can open an insurance claim and get you the money for a refund. Before 40 days, all we can do is wait and be patient.
