I built Banner Women for every woman who has ever walked into a room, a shop floor, a job site, a lab, a station, or a boardroom and felt invisible.
As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I know exactly what it feels like to be the only woman in the room — to work twice as hard, speak twice as loud, and still feel unseen.
Banner Women exists to change that.
This brand honors the women who build, weld, code, serve, fix, teach, lead, and show up — even when the world doesn’t always show up for them. Women in trades, service, STEM, and leadership who carry skill, grit, and pride everywhere they go.

Every item is printed on demand — reducing waste, avoiding mass production, and ensuring each order is created just for you.
I personally design, refine, and approve every single piece, blending illustration, digital tools, and creative design. Some artwork includes AI-assisted elements generated from original prompts, but every design is hand-directed, edited, and finalized by me.
