4 out of 5 starsThe product is amazing and beautiful but if I’m honest I emailed the company and had no reply which left me less than satisfied I expected a reply at least I only asked if they received the order and payment and instructions and had no rlreply I love supporting small businesses all day long but when they don’t engage it’s a little disheartening but that said it’s amazing it’s perfect it’s exactly as I asked I could not be more happy but a reply would have given me peace of mind

5 out of 5 starsGreat item and just what I needed to finish my summerhouse, my only complaint would be that I never received a confirmation email to say they had received my order or anything, I'd seen a previous review saying the same thing so I just waited and prayed it would be delivered and hey...it turned up!! no complaints at all with the actual sign though, great price and great quality.

Returns, Lost and damaged
We do not accept returns for any reason on custom, made to order items. Issues with orders that are found to be either our fault, lost/damages en route will be replaced and not refunded.
Any items that a customer attempt to return without our explicit authorisation will be subject to an admin charge equivalent to sale price.
Where is my order ?
Once your order is processed by us you will receive a dispatch notice from Etsy ( not us). This is NOT an actual dispatch date. You will get an update from the carrier once they have taken possession normally 3 to 5 working days after your place your order.
