Why? I cannot resell something that has been put on the head in case of Pediculus humanus capitis. Simply put - head lice! I could quarantine and wash the item but then it is no longer considered new and I cannot sell it as new. But please contact me if the item DOES NOT FIT. We will work it out. I personally inspect every item before shipping.

I do not offer exchanges for the same reason.

These headbands SHOULD fit most heads because they do stretch quite a bit. But there are always those rare few that may need a much smaller or larger size.

After contacting me you will tell me your head measurement in the place you wear the headband and then send the headband back to me. I will make you a new headband. If I no longer have the fabric of your choosing I will try to get more but if I can't I will send you photos of the fabric I do have to choose from.

I've made test headbands (not being sold) that have been tried on many different sized heads. They fit every single head tested.
